Over the last two years we have fully renovated the villa including doubling the size of the second bedroom, expanding and refitting the kitchen, remodelling and renovating the swimming pool including installing pool lights and redecorating the house inside and out.
The villa has two comfortable and bright bedrooms, a double and one with up to 4 single beds which is ideal for the children. The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking gadget and utensil you can imagine all of which are of the highest quality as we love to cook and entertain at the villa. A brand new washing machine was installed for this season. Also for your added security there is a professional alarm system installed.
The large garden is very private with unusually for this part of Spain a lawn and a shaded area below the pine trees. The swimming pool is approx 8 x 5 m. The villa is fully equipped with a DVD/MP3 player and a stereo CD/ radio /cassette player, VHS video player and cable TV with all the main UK, German and Dutch as well as Spanish TV channels. Additionally there are many books (including cookbooks!) and DVDs available for use by guests.
There are 800 sq. metres of secluded private garden with lawn and pine trees surrounding the villa. A pool-keeper and gardener come weekly to ensure everything is kept in immaculate condition. A full large purpose built BBQ is available for guests use.
We are located in Costa Nova Pla, a well established and green residential area close by La Granadella beach, various smaller coves and the spectacular Cabo de la Nao lighthouse. By car it is 15 minutes to the main beach and shops in Javea. There a couple of restaurants, bars and English mini supermarket with fresh baked bread 5 minutes walk away as well as tennis courts and a mini golf. |

The villa is cleaned and aired between every letting and freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided weekly. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is surrounded by a fence and hedge making it secure and ideal for children.
