Traditional Spanish-style house, comfortable and well-equipped for self-catering holidays in Spain.
The lounge has a vaulted ceiling with oak beams, there are two bedrooms one double with WC cubicle and a vanity unit with whb and one twin-bedded room which also has a vanity unit complete with whb.
The vanity units are illuminated and have hot/cold running water. Bathroom is large, having a bath and overhead shower.
There is a kitchen/dining room and a front balcony which attracts the sun from mid-afternoon until sunset - perfect for ''sundowners'' and evening dining. |

Situated in quiet lane behind the European Shopping Centre, the balcony overlooks the roofs of the shops and has lovely views towards the mountains.
The area is called Paichi and there is a mini-market, assorted other small shops and a few bars which sell pub grub during the day. There is an Irish Bar - The Druid''s Cave plus a Spanish style bar/restaurant (Don Quixote) which has quiz nights, music etc. advertised daily.
There is also a little bar called The Bell who also have a quiz night with big screen football etc. The centre of the village, harbour, marina and beach re approximately 1 mile away on a flat road.
The village has an assortment of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. There are no high-rise hotels or large commercial apartment blocks in Moraira and the vast majority of the houses and villas are privately owned.
Although Moraira is generally a tranquil resort, July and August are lively months with bars opening later at night to provide entertainment for the visitors and a street market in the village which goes on until about midnight.
Lots of Europeans and Scandinavians own property in Moraira and they use the summer months for their vacations giving the village a true cosmopolitan feel. |
