Villa Sanpedro is situated in the beautiful Vall de Pop in a tranquil location among the almond and orange groves in the Jalon Valley.
It is an ideal position if you would like a Spanish holiday villa slightly away from all the usual tourist places, yet still within 25 mins of beautiful sandy beaches and nightlife.
The south-facing villa, which was built in 2003, is on one level and has superb views of the mountains.
The sun sets are beautiful - so a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day is to sit on the pool terrace - with a drink - and watch the sun set behind the mountains.
The Northern Costa Blanca has some of the most spectacular scenery in the whole of Spain and the area is recognised by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest areas of the world! |

The typical unspoilt Spanish villages of Alcalali, Orba, Parcent and Jalon are 5 mins drive away where you will find local bars,shops and restaurants where wonderful inexpensive meals can be enjoyed. Denia with its beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife is only 25 mins drive away. Other beach resorts can be found at Javea, Moraira and Calpe, all of which are about 25 mins away. For bargains and more informal shopping there are numerous local markets.
The villa comprises -
Large lounge/diner with feature fireplace.
Fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with split level oven/hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.
Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and king size bed. 2 twin bedrooms. Childs cot.
Separate fully fitted shower room. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms. Satellite TV DVD player and hi-fi. Ample patio furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. Private kidney shaped pool, with steps, and surrounding sun terrace. Enclosed naya.
Separate rear terrace.
Full central heating (available at extra cost).
A Burglar Alarm Security System has been installed.
Property rental prices are per person per week. Change-over days can be flexible.
The villa is managed by local English agents, who are only a phone call away should the need arise.
A complimentary welcome pack will be available on your arrival at the villa.
Linen is provided and changed weekly. Towels for the pool/beach are NOT provided.
Winter lets are available with an extra charge for central heating.
There is a supplement for Christmas and New Year bookings. Long lets are negotiable.
We would kindly ask you not to smoke in the villa. Pets are not permitted |

There is also an internet cafe in Jalon. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show.
