Our luxury apartment overlooks the 7th green on the Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort, which is a mix of a few small apartment blocks and private villas, all set within landscaped gardens, and just a few hundred yards from a blue flag beach.
For the discerning traveller the resort has everything you need and you can make your holiday as active or as restful as you wish. As well as the 18 hole championship golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros, there is also tennis, a 4* hotel with a first class restaurant, bar and health spa, plus a small commercial centre where you will find a bank, 24 hour medical centre, hairdressers and small supermarket.
Golf y Mar is just a stone’s throw from the Club House, which has an excellent golf shop plus restaurant/bar with both inside and outside seating overlooking the golf course. A great buffet lunch is served each day for around 5 Euros, as well as an a la carte menu. |

The first floor apartment is light, spacious and furnished to the highest possible standard. It is double-glazed and has air conditioning/central heating. A beautiful private swimming pool for the exclusive use of apartment owners and their guests guarantees relaxation and absolute privacy. A private parking space is at your disposal and as the complex is gated and lit for your security.
The accommodation comprises entrance hall, bedroom with separate dressing area. French doors from the bedroom lead onto the spacious southwest-facing terrace. The combined living/dining area is furnished with 2 full size sofas, one of which converts to a sofa bed. A door from the living area also leads onto the terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs and is an ideal place to site and watch the sun go down. In the modern fully fitted kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, washing machine and full-size oven with extractor fan. The large marble tiled bathroom is equipped with over bath shower, wash basin and WC. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, as are beach towels for your use around the pool area.
For your entertainment it is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. A separate lock-up compartment on the ground floor is an ideal place for storage of golf clubs and your luggage. Here you will find sunbeds for relaxing around the pool. We are pleased to be able to offer accommodation on a daily rate, but of course will offer a reduction for bookings of 1 week or longer. If you are due to arrive late, our English housekeeper will be pleased to provide a “welcome pack” for a small additional charge.
The nearby towns of Oliva and Denia are delightful places to visit, as they are still truly “Spanish”. Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, home of the Paella, is less than 1 hours drive, but can also be reached by train from the nearby town of Gandia (approx. 10 mins by car). The mountains drives are spectacular and are dotted with interesting villages to visit. For sports enthusiasts, the beach at Oliva Nova is a popular place for parasurfing and the many coves around Denia are ideal places for scubadiving. The nearby town of Ondarra has it’s own bullring, and if you really want to join in the fun, bullrunning takes place each year in Denia and Pego, approx. 6 kms away.
