| Description |
El Palomar is a two bedroom detached cottage with private pool set within grounds of fruit trees with views to the southern mountains. It is within walking distance of the small town of Orgiva.
The front door enters into a hallway which leads through to the sunny living room furnished with easy chairs, dining table, chairs and shelves with books, games and CD player. There¹s a wood burning fire for winter evenings. An attractive brick archway separates the kitchen which is well equipped with fridge, electric oven and hobs, toaster, kettle, granite worktops etc. A door leads out on to the covered patio beyond which is a further vine covered area for relaxing or enjoying a meal, there¹s a barbecue, table and chairs.
The twin bedroom at the end of the house has a chest of drawers and hanging cupboard; the family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin, toilet and the washing machine. An additional bed can be provided for a fifth person.
The main bedroom is at the other end of the cottage and has a double bed, hanging cupboards, bedside tables, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and toilet. |

A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to confirm the booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday. Payment can be made by UK or euro cheque or money transfer to UK bank account.
Change over day is on Sunday between 19 July to 30 Aug and at other time it is flexible.
We ask guests to arrive after 3.30pm and to vacate the cottage by 10.30am on departure day.

The private tiled swimming pool is 1.4m deep and approx 9m x 5m at its largest, it is filtered and kept clean by the use of an ionizer and has an underwater seating area. There are two sunbathing terraces next to the pool with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is open all year but isn't heated.
All linen and towels are provided but please bring your own towels for the pool or beach. Well behaved pets may be accepted, please enquire. The owners live a few minutes drive away. |
