Nestling in the hillside, this villa offers unrivalled views overlooking Salobrena and the Mediterranean, and on occasion the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. The terrace and pool area is south facing, benefiting from day long sunshine until the evening. Just 70 minutes from Malaga, 45 minutes from Granada and 75 minutes from the ski areas of Sierra Nevada, this location is truly spectacular.
The Villa itself is on one level with bedrooms at either end. The adjacent Studio enjoys elevated views of Salobrena and is reached by short flight of steps. This can be rented in addition to the villa which will allow for a total of 6 guests.
The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

Prices are per week for the villa, not per person and include linen, complimentary toiletry pack, towels and pool towels (but not beach towels), local taxes etc.
Prices are based in Pounds Sterling. Euros are estimated. Actual price depends on exchange rate at the time of booking.
3 week Winter Lets & over exclude electricity and services. Special winter rate excludes Christmas and Easter.
PAYMENT ACCEPTED BY MOST MAJOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS (NO SURCHARGE). A 20% deposit is required on booking. This is non-refundable. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A damage deposit of £150 will be required on payment of the balance. This sum will be refunded as soon as we have been advised by our local representative that the property has been left in order.
Saturday is our preferred changeover day. However we will do our best to accommodate other days on request.

Salobrena is in the heart of the coastal tropical region. The area still boasts many true Spanish traditions. Its narrow streets and picturesque houses lead up to the magnificent Moorish castle perched on top of the hill. Facilities also include golf, horse riding, tennis and walking, along with golden beaches ideal for swimming and watersports. The town of Nerja, with its famous caves, is some 30 minutes away.
