The duplex villa has three bedrooms, which sleeps seven people.

There is a lounge/diner on the ground floor, which has an attractive open fireplace and satellite tv.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and is situated on the first floor. It is large and spacious, has a en-suite shower room and has French doors out onto a large, private balcony which over looks the front of the property.
The terrace to the rear is ideal for sunbathing or entertaining, where there is a barbeque, patio table and chairs.
There is a veranda and small garden to the front of the property, which also has dining facilities.
All rooms have ceiling fans, security grilles and the property has a security alarm.
The lovely residential area boasts several communal swimming pools, and has parking bays, grassed areas and several ornamental fountains. The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are an easy 10 minute walk.
The villa is also only 5 minutes from Villamartin golf course and a short distance from Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all of which are excellent. |
