The villa is well equipped and furnished and comprises of a spacious living and dinning area.Having two sofas to seat 6 people and dinning table to allow 6 to eat in comfort.There is satellite TV video/dvd player and Hi Fi.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed ample draw space and spacious wardrobe.This bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
Down stairs there are two twin bedrooms that have built in wardrobes.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, micro wave fridge freezer etc.There is a washing machine that is housed in the under stairs cupboard access to which is via one of the down stairs bedrooms.There is a down stairs bathroom which comprises of a walk in shower,wc and sink.
The villa is fully air conditioned (extra charge applies)and has ceiling fans in the lounge and all of the bedrooms.
Outside the garden is fully tiled and there is a large private swimming pool,BBQ,sun loungers and patio furniture.The garden is south facing and benefits from all day sunshine. |
