Booking secured by cheque of non - refundable 20% deposit. Remaining 80% due two calendar months before the beginning of your holiday. Also two months prior to your holiday a further deposit of 10% deposit fully returnable against accidental damage and normal wear and tear.
Villa Lisetta has its own beach affect infinity pool overlooking hills, mountains (Sierra Nevada) and the white town of Alhaurin El Grande. The villa also provides extensive poolside furniture.
5 Double bedrooms provide sleeping for 10 people.
Three bedrooms provide twin single beds. Two rooms provide double beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual reading lamps, bedside tables and good-sized wardrobes.
One bedroom has en-suite facilities. There is a further bathroom providing shower, bath and toilet. There is a further large washroom providing toilet and sink.
Villa Lisetta provides a fully fitted kitchen with all facilities including fridge freezer, dishwasher, grill / traditional cooker and microwave. An extensive range of cookery and cutlery is provided. The property includes a laundry room with an automatic washing machine and drying facilities.
Dinning Area: Seating for 14 People. Outside: Area for alfresco dinning. Seating for 14 people.

Villa Lisetta has swings and a slide in the back garden and also provides a Wendy house under the fig tree at the side garden.

| | | Things to do | 5 minutes by car is the white town centre of Alhaurin El Grande. It has a local population of 18,000, you will find the facilities excellent. Many good restaurants and lively bars to suite all age groups, supermarkets, banks, foreign newspapers, and a good health centre. Unlike the coast, Alhaurin holds onto its identity and culture. The hospitality of the Alhaurinos is famous throughout Andalucia.
The climate is simple superlative and seldom falling below 15C in December ? February and Reaching 40 C in July and August. With the valleys cool breeze ensuring it never becomes Oppressively hot and the southern hills keeping the humidity down, rarely exceeding 70%.
