Main terrace which has both front and side views making the most of this corner apartment with south facing terraces. Large parasol with patio table/chairs and BBQ for your use – the perfect position for al fresco dining amidst an assortment of large terracotta planters filled with a variety of palm trees, shrubs and an array of colourful bourgainvilia. The views from both terraces are absolutely wonderful.

Included in the price per week for the apartment is a full check in clean prior to arrival, fresh laundry and a full check out clean on departure. "Welcome Pack" of basic foodstuffs can be arranged for a small additional fee. Additional daily maid service and laundry if required for an additional fee. We can also offer pre-booked discounted golf and car hire at competitive rates.
Booking Terms and Cancellations:
Non refundable deposit of 25% of total cost required to confirm reservation. Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. Any bookings agreed less than 8 weeks prior to departure will require full payment. Cancellations within the 8 week period before the departure date will incur charges as follows:- 8-4 weeks - 50% total cost of rental. Less than 4 weeks - 100% cost of rental

Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is set in 250 acres of gently undulating land at the foot of Andalucias? Sierra Blanca mountains, providing breathtaking views across the golf course to Gibraltar and North Africa beyond. Our apartment is less than 10 minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designed shops.
Los Arqueros is located on the Ronda Road approximately 3 minutes from the San Pedro exist from the N15. There are two swimming pools available for use of our guests, one directly in front of our apartment and the second two minutes walk from the apartment. Both pools are set in beautiful landscaped gardens with lawns. Each has showers and sun loungers (free for your use) and one of the pools is heated for those odd days when the temperature drops ever so slightly in the winter!
Golfers
For your convenience we can arrange in advance Golf teeing off times to ensure you get the times which suit you best together with the best price, as you will get a discount of a minimum of 20% off the going rate! For amateur golfers there are two driving ranges where players of all levels may receive lessons from the fully qualified Club professionals.
