| Description |
This is a five bedroom, three bathroom Villa set on a large plot. A feature that must be emphasized are the views of the Ifach Rock, the sea, the salt-lakes and mountains. It is said that this area has the most beautiful views of Calpe. The property is also close to amenities such as shops, hospital, bus stop, taxi rank, restaurants, schools, bars and the beach.
The villa consists of 5 double/twin large bedrooms. The villa is split into 2 separate apartments each with individual entrances. Each apartment consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with a double sofa bed in the middle apartment.
The middle apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 being a very large family room with double bed and 2 single beds and a babys bed. There is also a brand new (March 2008) kitchen and bathroom with beautiful spanish tiles, a large naya and Satelite TV. The top apartment has the use of a large open roof terrace with beautiful views of Calpe and the Penon.
There is also a studio apartment sleeping 2 with its own kitchen and bathroom situated on the ground floor
There is a large open barbecue area outside with a beautiful spanish barbecue.
The villa also has a beautiful private swimming pool with stunning views and a shaded marble seating area. Directly opposite is Oscars Restaurant serving a variety of Spanish and International food. The restaurant also allows the use of a large pool and is also complemented by the only private tennis courts in Calpe which you may use for a small fee. There is also a playground for your children viewable from the seating area at the pool.
Just 30 secondsdrive down the road or a 2 minute walk and you reach a private marina called Puerto Blanco and secluded beach suitable for children and swimming. There are 2 lovely restaurants/bars here and Calpe is within 5 minutes drive from the villa and here you will find a variety of shops and restaurants.
The villa is fully centrally heated for use out of season and is equipped with various free standing and ceiling fans. |

Prices are per villa/apartment, not per person.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS : One third non-refundable deposit due on booking and the balance six weeks before departure. There is a refundable deposit of £300 for damages.
A cancellation invoice can be sent for insurance purposes if required.
Please note, we do not supply beach or pool towels and pets are not permitted.
