San Pedro del Pinatar / Lo Pagan Spacious 2 Bedroom Townhouse close to San Pedro del Pinatar Town Centre, the Mar Menor, and Mediterranean Beaches, Golf courses, and next to the salt lakes, Las Salinas, and Nature Reserve of San Pedro del Pinatar. Only 15 minutes from San Javier ( Murcia ) airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
The house has ground terrace, balcony and roof terrace with sunbathing area, and private key access to communal pool,. The house is within walking distance of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor beaches, the regional park of San Pedro with its wildlife, and the town centre of San Pedro.
The house has a ground floor patio area, first floor balcony and rooftop solarium, located within the traditional Spanish seaside town of Lo Pagan, San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Mar Menor, and close to the famous salt lakes and regional park of San Pedro del Pinatar, with a large variety of migrating birds including flamingos..
The house shares a large communal swimming pool and is only a 5 minute drive away from the beaches of the Mediterranean or the Mar Menor, with a choice of numerous lovely beaches close by, accessible on foot or by bike.
Within walking distance is the Mar Menor beach of Lo Pagan, the beaches of the Mediterranean, and the town centre of San Pedro del Pinatar. There is a 4 star hotel and Thallasia spa centre within 400 yards, and the town centre of San Pedro del Pinatar is only a short walk away.
There are shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, within walking distance as is the bus station with regular services to Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante, Torrevieja, Madrid, etc, and airport pick ups can be arranged if required.
The house is spacious with a ground floor terrace, 1st floor bedroom terrace, and roof terrace, spacious lounge / dining area, fully fitted kitchen with Hob, Oven, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
There are ceiling fans in the lounge and the bedrooms, which have 2 single beds in each bedroom and fitted wardrobes. There is a CD/Radio/Cassette player, SAT TV/DVD player in the lounge.
A BBQ and patio furniture are available for outside use on the patio or roof terrace ensuring you can enjoy the sun or shade when required. |

Lo Pagan, San Pedro del Pinatar is a typically Spanish area, located just inside Murcia region on the northern edge of the Mar Menor, and is well known for its salt baths and the healing properties of its waters for various skin ailments and arthritis.
The house is a short walk from a long stretch of blue flag sandy beaches, on the Mediterranean and Mar Menor coasts, yacht club and marina, shops, bars and restaurants.
There are lots of activities close by including water sports, canoeing, fishing, horse riding, bird watching and is ideal for bike riding and lovely walks. San Pedro has a large , lively weekly market on a Monday which offers leather goods, clothes, locally grown produce, fish, meat, etc.
Nearby, there are numerous bars, cafes, and a selection of seafood restaurants, as well as Indian, Italian and Chinese. Guests are welcome to have free use of the bicycles left in the house, together with the beach equipment: parasol, mats, beach chairs etc.
Everything is provided for a wonderful holiday, including linen and towels, but please bring own beach towels. • There is a cleaning charge of 240 euros payable on arrival which includes a welcome pack on arrival. |

| | “We have been spending our holidays in Lo Pagan for the past 5 years and can honestly say that this has been the best accommodation and location by far!!
The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and the cycles are such a bonus!! The solarium is sunny and private and the pool area is fantastic for kids ( and if you get up early you can have it to yourselves even in July and August)
The location is perfect – use of car kept to a minimum as views, walks, cyclepaths, shops and bars are al on the doorstep, and the walk into Lo Pagan is a great way to walk off dinner and drinks.
