This new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Townhouse close to Santiago de la Ribera town centre on the Mar Menor with its white sandy beaches and warm waters will delight you.
Less then 10 minutes from Murcia airport, and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, we can arrange pick up if you do not hire a car.
The townhouse has a ground floor patio area with sunbeds, also front bedroom balcony and rooftop solarium, located within this traditional Spanish seaside town of Santiago de la Ribera, is fully equipped to a high standard.
There are two double bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, with space for two more on the sofa bed, there is loads of storage space and bed linen and towels, please bring your own beach towels.
Close to the communal pool there is a children's play ground and football/basketball pitch and nice walks beyond through the woods.
The house comes fully air conditioned with marble floors throughout, there are two bathrooms fully equipped.
Cooker & hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and kettle in the kitchen.
For your enjoyment in the lounge a LARGE PLASMA LCD TV WITH SKY and DVD player so you don't miss your favourite soaps.
On Wednesday mornings there is a huge street market a couple of streets away, and on Saturdays a 5 minute drive away another huge market.
Within a few minutes walk from the sea front with its numerous restaurants and bars, Spanish couples will stroll along the promenade hand in hand in the evening.
There are many championship golf courses close by, including Torro Pacheco, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, not to mention La Manga with a few new courses near completion.
Less than 10 minutes away you will find a shopping mall, with many shops, restaurants and bars with BURGERKING AND MCDONALDS for the kids!
While you stay try drive along the famous LA Manga Strip, fabulous by day or night, you might even visit the Casino at La Manga.
Santiago de la Ribera is a typically Spanish town on the edge of the Mar Menor with a huge promenade and warm friendly people, come and relax for a while.
Activities in the area are water sports, boat & ,jet-ski hire, horse riding, fishing. Why not take a boat trip out to the small islands in the Mar Menor for lunch or an evening out, we can supply phone numbers for hire |
