This fantastic modern spacious apartment is an ideal location for beach holidays and golfing breaks alike. Sleeps 4 - 7.
Alicante airport, Murcia airport or Murcia main line rail station are all approximately 35 minutes away. The apartment is in the Euromarina building on the coast in La Veleta, near Mar Azul, in the southern part of Torrevieja, in the Alicante region. Villamartin golf course is less than 7kms.
This lovely holiday home has been furnished to the highest standard with an eye to comfort and convenience. We want you to feel so at home that you'll want to come back again and again - and tell your friends about it too.
The apartment is very conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops and a well stocked supermarket, and two minutes walk from the ocean! The kitchen is very well equipped, including oven/hob/hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
We hope that you will find everything you require is provided, down to the very last teaspoon and lemon squeezer. The lounge area includes Sky TV with UK channels, DVD with a range of films, video, stereo, and a selection of books.
Both of the matching sofas convert to sofa beds. There is air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter months.
The balcony can be accessed both from the twin bedroom and the living space, and looks out over the sea. It is a perfect place to relax with something to drink, breathe the sea air, listen to the waves and watch the yachts sail by.
There is a double bedroom (en-suite) and one twin room. The en-suite bathroom is tastefully decorated and contains a delightful spa jet-stream bath with shower, designer glass basin and bidet.
A good second shower room is provided. There is the shared use of both a swimming pool and a children's pool. It is only two minutes walk to the beach. We have furniture for the balcony and pool side. You will be very near beautiful beaches and first class dining! |

Beachside holiday home near golf with balcony and pools. Five minutes walk from sea, supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and parks.
A new infant travel cot with superior quality mattress is included free of charge. Sleeps 8 including baby!
Prices shown INCLUDE Sky TV, power, air conditioning, heating, cot, swimming, management, key holding, postage etc. Plenty of fresh towels and sheets are provided.
The keys are looked after by our local agent in Spain who organises cleaning, bed linen, towels etc, and can arrange airport transfers, welcome packs, equipment hire and so on at a reasonable price. Transfers are usually 48 euros per car. We can send keys to you in advance if you do not require transport from the airport.
A car is not necessary, but free parking in the street right outside the gate is easy.
The only compulsory extra charge is 65 euros for the laundry of our towels and bedding and cleaning after you leave (for up to four guests - larger groups may cost slightly more). Please pay this locally to our agent in cash while you are there in Spain. Extra linen changes or cleaning during your holiday can be arranged very reasonably if required, for those staying more than a week.
We accept Paypal, cheques (£ only), cash, or bank transfers and deposits in £ or euros.
We also require £100 returnable damage/security deposit. A part or full payment of the rent will hold your booking, and the rest is payable 8 weeks before travel.
Torrevieja has a seafront promenade, clean beaches, a modern yacht club and many water sports facilities, including diving centres, and water parks for the kids, like Aquapolis. It also has many great restaurants and bars.
Boat trips to the island of Tabarca and evening dinner cruises are also possile. Plenty of shopping too. The miles and miles of sandy beaches along this stretch of coast, including Torrevieja and Guardamar, have been awarded 45 EU blue flags.
The biggest Theme Park in the Mediterranean, Terra Mitica, is also worth a day trip. Take time to visit some of the country villages and sample 'the real Spain'. Inland you can find breathtaking mountains, peaceful lakes and lush valleys.
In La Mata y Torrevieja Lagoon nature park, salt mining combines with concerns for conservation through protected marshlands and nesting sites for birds. Many wild flamingoes in this area always delight visitors.
Numerous excellent golf courses include Las Ramblas and Villa Martin are very close by. |
