Set against a stunning backdrop of mountain scenery, this beautiful privately owned villa is in an elevated position on the mountainside.
The villa overlooks a nature reserve, orange groves, and has fabulous panoramic views of both the mountains and Mediterranean coastline.
Situated in the prestigious Monte Pego development of privately owned luxury detached villas, the villa is approx 5 minutes drive from the typical Spanish village of Pego and 15 minutes drive from Denia.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. etc. A separate utility room contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. The open plan circular sitting room with its open fireplace provides wonderful 380o views.
The large dining room opens onto the terrace with its spectacular views to the mountains and the sea.
There is a private floodlit pool, with outside shower and built in Gas BBQ/sink.
The terraces have plenty of patio furniture and sunbeds, and there is also a separate covered area for dining outside.
The clear night skies are wonderful for star gazing and we have provided a large telescope (and introduction book with star charts) to enable our guests to enjoy this fabulous natural phenomenon. |

The villa has central heating in the winter, air conditioning if required (additional charge), internet access, and there is a digital safe for guests to store their valuables. Midweek Bookings taken during off peak periods.
Price includes accommodation as booked, all water/electricity services, villa preparation and departure cleaning.
A 25% deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure |

| | | Furnitures | The spacious modern villa with its traditional-style charm has been comfortably furnished, equipped to the highest standards and has everything for a perfect holiday retreat.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. There is also an additional fold away bed and travel cot if required. All bedrooms are en-suite and each bathroom has a thermostactically controlled shower and a large heated towel rail. All bedrooms have hairdryers and additional uk to european adaptors. | | | | Outdoors | Apart from the Monte Pego on-site facilities, there are numerous supermarkets, banks and restaurants all within 10 minutes drive. Travel inland for traditional village restaurants or coast-wards for lively bars and nightlife. Just a 5min walk away from the villa is the Bella Vista Aparthotel with its facilities including large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gymnasium, Jacuzzi and sauna rooms, a pool bar which serves snacks, and an exclusive restaurant.
Or simply relax at the villa and dine 'al fresco' whilst enjoying the scenic view over mountains and valleys. Down the road is a Safari park or within 45 minutes drive the international Theme Park, Terra Mitica Try a breath-taking drive inland through the mountains or visit a 'Bodega' to sample the rich local wines. The sophisticated shopping centre of Gandia, 20 minutes to the north, is where fashion and leather goods will tempt everyone, then lunch in some of the best Tapas bars in Spain.
Denia itself is an attractive castle town set in an area once described by the World Health Organisation as "one of the healthiest living environments in the world". The town has a wealth of good quality shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international and Spanish cuisine. There are regular local fiestas when the town bursts into a riot of music, fireworks and spectacular street parades. There's the busy seafront, with its many bars and nightlife, and the bustling fishing and ferry port, where you can catch a boat to the Balearic Islands. | | | | Things to do | There are also superb beaches within 10 minutes drive and this area of the Costa Blanca is famous for its miles of beaches, which have received the prestigious EU Blue Flag for facilities and cleanliness. There are 3 excellent golf courses within easy reach of the villa and we have provided 2 sets of golf clubs at the villa which are available for our guests to use.
Monte Pego has its own tennis courts, bank, petrol station and several delightful bar/restaurants. A safari park is also close by.
The lively resort of Benidorm with all its facilities can be reached in just 40 minutes | | | | Nearest Airport | Alicante or Valencia airports are approximately 1-hour drive away. Car hire can be booked easily and cheaply from the UK. |
