Three large bedrooms, bathroom, en-suite shower room and two private terraces surrounded by beautiful gardens and palm trees.
A private car parking space is provided in the secure garage under the building, with lift access to the apartment. The apartment is laid throughout with beautiful marble flooring.
Fully air conditioned in every room. By special arrangement, the telephone landline may be used for internet access. The sitting area contains a large comfortable sofa, an armchair and footstall arranged around a large glass coffee table.
There is a working open fireplace and logs may be obtained locally for Spring and Winter evenings. UK satellite TV (full SKY package including Films, Sports and Children''s tv) and Spanish TV are available and there is a combined VCR and DVD player.
There are televisions in both the sitting room and master bedroom. There is also a good quality sound system with radio, CD player and cassette player - - so dont forget to bring your favourite music.
The dining area has an extendible dining table and chairs providing comfortable seating for six people. In the glass-fronted dresser can be found a full dinner service, including serving bowls and platters, and a full range of aperitif, wine and brandy glasses.
The well-equipped galley style kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and comprises a wide range of white units with grey granite working surfaces and splash-backs.
Equipment includes a rapid heat ceramic hob, oven with rotisserie, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, electric filter coffee maker, food processor, electric juicer and dishwasher Bedrooms: one has a king size bed and en-suite with a terrace, the other bedrooms are twin bedded.
We consider the apartment very much as a ''second home'' as much as a holiday apartment and, as such, have tried our best to furnish it and equip it to a high standard. Our aim is to ensure that you feel ''at home'' when you stay and that you have everything to enable a comfortable and enjoyable visit whether it be for golf, the beach or a winter break.
In short, we want you to want to come back and, of course, to tell your friends about us! The Las Ramblas golf course is a secure gated community, with only one entrance. The entrance is manned by on-site security guards (CRAC) on a 24 hour basis.
The security guards also make regular patrols of the entire complex whilst the apartment itself has roll down security blinds on each window and the patio doors. There is also a burglar alarm (the code will be provided to you) which is connected to the CRAC onsite office. |
