| Description |
Villa Rosa is a in an elevated position, with panoramic views over lemon and orange groves, a nature reserve and the coast. Situated in the prestigious Monte Pego development of privately owned detached villas, it is located about 5 minutes from the town of Pego and 15 minutes from the lively town of Denia.
There are superb beaches within 10 minutes drive and 2 championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Supermarkets, banks and restaurants are all within 10 minutes drive.
Villa Rosa has 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bath or shower room. The master bedroom is a double and also opens on to the terrace. The other 2 bedroom are twins, one of which is reached by an external staircase. There is a circular open plan lounge with a wood burning fireplace leading on to an attractive dining room for 6 guests.
All rooms have under floor central heating (during winter) and ceiling fans plus a heated towel rail in each bathroom. A Satellite TV, Stereo CD, Playstation 2 with DVD, a selection of CDs, DVDs, books and board games are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new top-quality appliances, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc. A washing machine, iron & board, house linen (including towels but please bring your own beach towels) are provided.
There is a large patio (covered and open sections) with a private floodlit pool and shower. There is also an outside dining area, with furniture, loungers and barbecue. There is off-road parking for 3 cars at the front of the property. A car is essential in order to reach the shops restaurants and other attractions of the area.
The villa is on a steep hill and wheelchair access is difficult. The lower bedroom is not suitable for children. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. |

These rates assume a 1 or 2 week stay. If you want to book a longer visit, please call to negotiate a reduction. Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200. Prices include villa cleaning before arrival and on departure plus a linen change each week. Prices include all services. A complimentary welcome pack of groceries and drinks is also provided.
