Set in the modern but typically Andalucian village of Puebla Aida, with its higgledy-piggledy houses nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de Mijas mountains, this one bedroom property sleeps up to four adults and is within easy reach of many attractions.
Narrow alleys wind past bougainvillea, hibiscus and mimosa. Archways lead to neat squares of flowers and fountains, hand-made tiles and bounded by white rendered walls and Roman brickwork. There are four swimming pools, each with their own character, views, garden layout with private key entry.
There is also a boule court on the complex. Casa Aimee has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, is fully equipped and managed by the owner who lives nearby. This is a three-storey property with spacious, sunny roof terrace.
The ground floor bedroom has a king size bed, double fitted wardrobe with adjoining WC and hand basin. The first floor comprises sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. The south facing sitting room has a sofa bed which sleeps 2 adults, dining area, Sky television and CD stereo system.
French doors lead to a small west facing terrace with table and chairs Also on this level is the main bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, and wash basin/vanity unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine.The kitchen and bathroom were completely renewed November 2008.
From the sitting room, an internal staircase leads to the large south-west facing sun terrace affording spectacular views over Mijas golf courses, hills, and the Mediterranean.
This area is furnished with patio table/chairs, sun beds, sun umbrella, and gas BBQ. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot, high chair and childs car seat are available at no extra cost. |
