This delightful 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa sleeping 8 maximum is situated in an enviable location, being in a quiet residential street yet minutes walk from beaches and the world famous port of Puerto Banus.
With 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 en-suites & one main bathroom, a SAUNA for 6, FULL AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING, a HEATED salt water PRIVATE POOL, PRIVATE PARKING< absolutely fabulous views and every local amenity you would need for a perfect holiday, this villa truly “has it all”.
Being on one level this villa is suitable for everyone - children, the elderly or disabled included! Many visitors have already returned to this villa several times, as it really is a “home from home” where you have all the night life and entertainment on your doorstep if you want it, or, if you want to just “chill out” – a perfect place to relax - and later to “go out and play” in the fabulous night life of Puerto Banus.
Through the front door and mirrored hallway you enter the spacious open – plan lounge and dining room which features SATELITE TV, an open FIRE place, a SAFE, DVD and video player, selection of videos and DVDs, games and toys for children, a music system and a cabinet packed with local info and maps.
The three bedrooms are all double, one with twin beds – 2 additional persons are allowed to stay on fold up beds provided making a maximum of 8 guests at any one time.
The MASTER bedroom (above) has a QUEEN size FOUR POSTER bed, antique dresser, Satellite TV, DVD & video player, fitted wardrobes & en-suite with SAUNA, Indian shower, WC, sink & bidet.
The second bedroom has Black lacquer Japanese furniture, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a “state of the art” walk in shower (complete with music!), bidet, sink and WC.
The main bathroom has bath / sink / WC / bidet and built in cupboard with washing machine.
The third bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, music system, bedside cabinets and matching dressing table, and special children’s night - light feature with a unicorn painting.
The bright and spacious kitchen / diner has all the mod cons you would expect in your own home including dishwasher / microwave / Toaster / kettle / oven / hob / pans / iron / ironing board / extractor / plenty of cupboard space and a complete range of glass and crockery wear for the barbeque or entertaining.
From either the kitchen, master bedroom or lounge you an access the garden and pool, where you will find the huge sun terrace, exotic plants, sun beds, barbeque, outside dining area, outside lounge area,.
The upstairs onto the enormous roof terrace you can see the whole valley before you which lights up early evening and dissolves with the most glorious sunsets. Up here there is another lounge area, dining furniture, a barbeque, fountain, more sun beds, and sun truly from dawn till the last rays at dusk! |

| Further Information |
The RETREAT is an all - year getaway – with a HEATED pool, on a SALT WATER system (no more chlorine damage to hair and skin!), private garden and parking, outside lounge area, two inside dining areas and a large open plan lounge. Sun beds, dining furniture and barbeques are provided both around the pool and on the enormous upper terrace with water feature and the most spectacular views and sunsets. All amenities you could possibly need are within walking distance, as are beaches & Puerto Banus.
The villa is available all year round.
The villa usually sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 with 2 extra beds being provided on request
The additional charge per extra bed (and linen) over 6 persons is £ 50 per person per week.
Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided
Cleaning is included in the price prior to arrival, on departure and every 7 days.
Additional cleaning or child-minding can be pre-arranged at a rate of 15 euros per hour.
Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for which there is no charge
A complimentary welcome pack is provided for any booking of 7 nights or more.
Bookings are minimum of 7 days peak months and negotiable off peak months
Changeover day is negotiable but normally weekends during peak months
A deposit is required at point of booking and the balance payable in cash on arrival.
A key / security deposit of £ 200 is required on arrival and returned on departure. |

In addition to all the local amenities, the Retreat is walking distance to the world famous port of Puerto Banus with tons more shops, taxi ranks, restaurants, bars, clubs, as well as ice skating, dept. stores, shopping centers, amusement arcades, play parks, bureau de changes, cinemas, and the most phenomenal expanse of boats from speed boats to floating mansions!
It's no wonder the rich and famous have been visiting Puerto Banus for decades!
LOCATION
Puerto Banus is ideally situated, only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, the famous mountain monkeys, and tax free shopping! (You can also fly into Gibraltar airport much smaller than Malaga with fewer flights but also fewer people!)
5 kms North is the delightfully traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its own unique beaches. 5 kms South is the huge expanse of Marbella town with yet more shops, restaurants and beaches. Just outside Marbella is the enormous retail park known as La Canada, with many English shops, restaurants, bowling,cinemas, and so much more!
CLEANING AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
A gardener, pool attendant, cleaner and change of bed linen and towels is provided every 7 days. Childminding and additional cleaning is available at 15 euros per hour. Travel cots, pushchairs and baby bath, and any other special requirements are available by request.
THE COSTA DEL SOL
The Costa del Sol, especially Marbella generally has good weather all year round as it is sheltered by the mountains behind in the winter, and cooled by the sea breezes in the summer. So if you don't choose the Costa del Sol for your summer break, why not try a winter vacation?
