The valley is overlooked by the magnificent Sierra Bernia Mountains, and the valley is full of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees, lush vegetation, fantastic vineyards and breathtaking scenery. It is said to be one of the finest examples of rural Spain. The property is built to a very high standard and has air-conditioning and heating throughout. Access to all levels of the complex is by lifts, and the development has communal walkways, gardens and a large swimming pool.

All are welcome, families, children, couples, groups. Also long term rentals welcome. A car is recommended for this property to truly experience rural living.
The house is 1 hour north of Alicante airport and 1 hour 15 minutes south of Valencia airport. Jalon has a decent size Supermercado, specialist shops, plenty of quality restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is 25 minutes drive away, either Calpe, Moraira, Javea or Denia. Benidorm is 30 minutes drive south where they have beautiful beaches, the theme park called Terra Mitica, a big water park called Aqualandia, and a big Carrefour superstore.
In the valley you can enjoy a leisurely hike, horse ride, cycling, mountain climbing, fishing, golf (approx 20 minutes away from La Sella), shopping, eating and drinking and lying by the beautiful pool overlooking the stunning valley reading a book in the tranquility of the beautiful surroundings. This is a great property and location to regain some quality time, relax and unwind - at the same time you are near to bars and restaurants, shops and upmarket coastal towns like Moraira, Javea and Altea. |
