| Description |
This lovely bright apartment newly built in 2004 consists of 2 bedrooms (1twin, 1 double), lounge/dining room, separate well equipped kitchen and attractive bathroom with bath/shower.
The lounge/dining room which leads onto the patio is well equipped with British Satellite TV, and a DVD player linked to a hi-fi system. There is a sofa which converts easily into a double bed.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
There is a portable heater in the apartment for those cooler months and the lounge and both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the large private enclosed patio. It is well stocked with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also a barbecue for all your al fresco dining.
Situated at the front of the apartment is a very large impressive pool surrounded by well maintained gardens. The pool includes a large integral children’s area. Both the kitchen and twin bedroom offer views straight onto the pool. Being in a securely gated complex means the pool is for guests and residents only therefore retaining a relaxed atmosphere and never getting noisy or crowded.
The apartment is situated on a complex with other similar properties. The complex is accessed by electric gates leading from a quiet road. Parking is directly to the rear of the property affording immediate access to the apartment.
The apartment is located in the attractive residential area of Playa Flamenca. The immediate area is quiet yet there are a couple of well stocked supermarkets, plus bars and restaurants a five minute walk away. There is an excellent Indian and Chinese restaurant also within walking distance.
Several beautiful clean blue flag beaches can all be reached with a few minutes drive. The beaches have adequate car parking and some have beach bars.
The golf courses of Campoamar, Villamartin and Las Rambles are a short drive away.
In addition the bustling town of Torreviejja with its fabulous beach, nightlife, shops, funfair and evening market is within very easy reach.
Playa Flamenca is very fortunate to have its own very large Spanish market which visits each Saturday. This is within walking distance. |

• A deposit of £50 will be required to confirm your booking. The balance is to be paid 6weeks before departure. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment will be required to confirm the booking. |
