| Description |
Villa Andaluz is a 3 storey mini mansion that was completed in 2004 and elegantly furnished with a floor area of 450 square metres and includes all the “mod cons” as well as a heated swimming pool. The villa is situated in a quiet location yet is also close to the local amenities and one can walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. This is the perfect place for guests to unwind from their busy lives.
The privacy of the Villa Andaluz is enhanced by the automated entry gate leading into the vast cobbled courtyard capable of supporting a fleet of cars. The terraces to the side and rear provide views of the Mediterranean Sea, also offering a place to eat al-fresco and watch the sun go down and enjoy the night with the lights that sparkle all the way down the coast.
In addition, the villa is suitable to use all year round, as the heated pool (8x4 metres) is maintained at around 29 degrees centigrade. The rear garden includes traditional terracotta paving, a large grassed area, a variety of shrubs as well as established trees and in all, connects to a captivating loggia adjacent to the BBQ area on the ground level.
Besides the air-conditioning and the under-floor heating, the villa includes a fast internet connection, 2 satellite TV’s with Sky+ and a host of home entertainment material, for the Video, DVD and CD player.
From the marble floors to the eclectic mix of the new, vintage and antique, the villa provides a relaxing background for everyone to enjoy. On each of the 3 levels of the villa, there is a sitting room or seating area, as well as a kitchen or kitchenette, and these take in the best of modern technology to ensure that the time spent catering is truly effortless and enjoyable.
There are 4 double bedrooms and an additional sleeping area for 2 children, so that the villa can easily accommodate an extended group of 10. The classic beds and the glamorous cushions and soft furnishings, help provide the best of boudoir chic, while the 3 bathrooms are simply an invitation to enjoy your own “pamper space.”
The villa is within easy reach of the “real Spain,” a vibrant and diverse culture with a history of Moorish influence, architectural splendour and amazing landscapes. Marbella is the closest largest town and many people speak English so it is easy to get about.
Not far from the villa and only about 7-10 minutes by car is Puerto Banus, a place famous for its marina and designer shops. While only 4 minutes away from the villa, is the town of San Pedro which has maintained a more traditional Spanish feeling with the bustling side streets, shops and cafes. Also, within about a 2 hour drive one can visit the Palaces of Alhambra and the city of Seville, and within an hour, the famous town of Ronda. Gibraltar is also within an hour’s drive from the villa and one can usually see the coast of Africa and boat trips depart daily from Algeciras for Morocco.
* For those who enjoy the outdoor sporting life, there are about 40 golf courses within easy reach of the villa and the opportunity to enjoy almost all outside leisure pursuits available can be found on the Costa del Sol together with 200 miles of beach and 330 days of sunshine a year. |

Changeover days: Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August but this can vary during the rest of the year if convenient.
The villa is available from 1500 hrs on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the villa must be vacated by 1100 hrs.
During the low season there is a special reduction of 5% for 3/4 weeks rentals. In addition there is a reduction of 5% for late bookings, within the last 4 weeks before the hire of the villa is to commence. In such cases, the entire cost of the holiday has to be paid for when the booking is made.
For normal bookings, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. At the time the balance is paid, a £350.00 deposit in case of damages is required. This is refundable on vacating and will be returned within 4 weeks less any necessary costs for damages and losses with receipts provided.
Accommodation Costs & Services
So far, we have always been able to return the £350.00 refundable deposit, as most people treat the villa as they do their own home and we do say that the electricity is additional, but if no more than 10 Euros a day is used, we settle this, and so far have always done so.
Once a booking is made, when the receipts are sent in return for funds, we also send 2 full information packs, a map and AA Guide to the area, so everyone can make the most of the time they are there.
Included in the costs is a “meet and greet” service with our English/Spanish assistant who also calls back a few days later to check everything is fine and she is also only a phone call away during your stay and can arrange taxis to visit Puerto Banus or Marbella for a night out if required.
The maid service is included and operates 6 days a week, everyday except Sunday, and this is for 2 girls for 2 hours a day, so as not to intrude on your time there. We also provide a generous welcome pack, and all linen and towels are change weekly.
Our gardener will call once a week and our pool attendant twice to check the pool is kept both clean and to the temperature that is required. In addition, we also have a local builder who is very good and reliable that will attend to any minor defects that might arise in the building. |
