This luxury apartment is a three bedroom Duplex, which comes fully furnished.

Only 10Mins drive from Alicante Airport and 3Mins drive from Carabassi beach, which is a beautiful wide unspoilt sand dune beach.
Three spacious bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Fantastic views from 21-foot balcony over Alicante bay, with its mountainous back drop.
An Excellent bus and road train service is within a short walking distance of the property.
Pola Park is in the beautiful fishing village of Santa Pola only 10 mins drive away.
Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park , Mundomar Marine and Exotic Animal Park are all only 40 min drive away in the beautiful city of Benidorm.
Rio Safari and El Plantio Golf Course is a 10min drive from Gran Alacant. This is the closest Golf course in our area and can be viewed on the internet.
It is the only Club in the area that has a (9 and an 18) hole golf course.
Leisure activities in our local area also include tennis, basketball, football, walking, cycling, paragliding, bird watching, snorkelling and scuba diving on the wonderful island of Tabarca.
The 20min catamaran journey leaves from Santa Pola.
Kitchen comes complete with Oven/Hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine, coffee maker, Iron and Ironing board, and a good selection of Pans and utensils.
There are a good selection of Bars, Restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets, medical Centre and numerous other shops all within easy walking distance.
The island of Tabarca (a 20 min boat trip) is renowned for it’s fabulous snorkelling and scuba diving delights.
El Plantio Golf Course is a 10min drive from Gran Alacant.

A 45 Euro Cleaning charge is payable on arrival to key holder. plus 20 Euros if flight arrival time is after 12 midnight unti 7 am.

Prices are per property (Not per person) and include all Electricity and water bills.

| We have just spent two weeks at the appartment over Christmas and had a really great time. The appartment is modern, clean and well looked after and the view over the Bay of Alicante is the best of anywhere we have ever stayed. Being off-season, the area was pretty quiet but we had a car and found loads of good places to visit. The centre of Alicante is about 15 minutes drive and is lively all the year round with lots of bars and restaurants. Santa Pola is good as well especially the Porto Bello restaurant next to the fish quay where we had Christmas dinner. For eating in you can get pretty much anything you want from the supermarket about five minutes walk away or from Lidls just down the road. For days out Benidorm, Elche, Torrevieja and Murcia are not far away and all worth a visit as well as other places out in the country. I recommend the place to anybody. Thank you |

| | We had a lovely three week stay at this apartment. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the beach which was in walking distance and with the pool less than a minute away we were always able to go for a swim. The lifeguard was very competent and friendly. We did not have a car and were able to easily get around either on foot or by using the local buses which were comfortable and well air-conditioned. We absolutely love this area and the amazing view from the balcony of the apartment. Transfers and reception were great making the transitions very easy. The proximity to the airport in Alicante is a bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Spain. |

| | the villa was fantastic. my family and I would recommend renting this villa. The view was out of this world day and night. Even though it was small walk to the beach it was well worth it.we had a wonderful time. we will be going again. Thankyou |

| | I stayed in the appartment with my wife and two daughters for one week at the end of May 2009. Transfers from and to the airport were arranged by the owner for a charge and were very efficient. The appartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The veranda has a view over Alicante Bay and it was possible at this time of year to sunbathe on the veranda all day, although there was always a part of it in shade which gave some relief. The swimming pool is a good size and the pool area was clean and well maintained.
The beach is only a couple of minutes away by car and about a 20 minute walk, It is well worth it as it is large, with clean fine sand. There are loungers and fixed sunshades for hire, and a beach bar/cafe which also does snacks.
There is a very good supermarket within a short walking distance as well as a range of bars, restaurants and a few shops including an excellent pharmacy.
The bus service along the coast from Alicante to Santa Pola is good giving access to more shops, bars, restaurants and markets.
