Situated in a quiet residential area with views of the sea and magnificent Calpe rock and only minutes away from a beautiful cove with stunning cliff-top walks. Local supermarket, restaurants and bank.
Accommodation
Furnished to a very high standard and comprises - Sun Lounge overlooking the pool with sea and mountain views, Lounge with sky TV, DVD and Stereo system. Separate Dining Room. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher. Master bedroom (en-suite) with King size bed. Double bedroom with King size bed and Twin Bedroom sharing large full bathroom. The principal bedrooms have sliding patio doors and lead directly to the pool and terrace. Laundry room/poolside kitchenette and further shower room. Shaded verandas and plenty of garden furniture.
***Air-con for July/August included - Heating for winter months (available at extra cost).***
Location
The local town of Moraira is 10 minutes distant with its beautiful Marina and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Stylish boutiques, restaurants and bars complete the scene. Calpe town is 5 minutes distant with two impressive large, sandy (blue flag) beaches with its restaurants and bars hugging the promenade . The magnificent Penon De Ifach rock dominating the skyline and providing 360 degree panoramic views from its peak.
Local Attractions
Inland mountain villages of Guadalest, Taberna and Aitana. The Algar waterfalls and exotic animal park of Mundomar, the water fun park of Aqualandia and the theme park Terra Metica - the Costa Blanca's answer to Disney. There are several golf courses nearby, scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, quad bikes and jet ski-ing all available. For those just wanting to take in the scenery on foot there are excellent walking and cycling facilities

Property rental prices are per week inclusive of all utilities except air conditioning outside of Peak Season which is available for a small extra charge.
The villa is typically let Tues to Tues for cheaper flights, some Saturday to Saturday available.
Winter lets are available with an extra charge for central heating. This is a non smoking villa.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS : 25% non-refundable deposit due on booking and the balance ten weeks before departure. There is a refundable deposit of £200 for damages. |
