Valgrande is a unique residential complex in the South of Spain.
Sotogrande Villa is a privately owned Apartment within this brand new luxurious complex.
Valgrande, which is located in the heart of Sotogrande is equally exceptional, in particular, it lends itself rather conveniently to golf as it is surrounded by seven golf courses, where thanks to the Mediterranean climate, golf can be played throughout the year.
When we decided to buy a holiday home in Spain we wanted a property that was easy to access from the UK, had the best possible climate, with plenty of things to do for all ages and that was of the highest quality.
We believe that our home offers just that. It is very spacious, light and airy with three double bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and a large sitting room leading out onto a large terrace with plenty of seats both for dining and relaxing.
The apartment sleeps six people. We do not accept children between 1-6 years of age nor pets.
Sotogrande Villa is one of ten luxury villas constructed within the scenic Valgrande guarded urbanisation, situated immediately opposite the prestigious Valderamma golf club. Each villa comprises five apartments, of which ours is on the ground floor. There is underground parking with a lift, thus giving access for the disabled.
Our apartment is very spacious, being 370sq.m or 4000sq.ft. It has been elegantly furnished to a very high specification and is fitted with full air conditioning with controls in each room plus under floor heating for the winter months.
The three double bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and large fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer with an automatic ice maker. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate utility room.
The sitting room is equipped with an audio system and satellite TV. A separate dining area seats six. Two large sofas, chosen for comfort, are positioned round the open fire place and sliding doors lead out onto the large terrace. Here, there are two couches and two arm chairs with a separate dining area, again seating six. From the terrace there are views of the Almenhara golf course and in the foreground there is a small lake which is fed by a stream that meanders down through ancient cork trees and then on through a wooded gorge.
There is a spectacular communal swimming pool cascading down to the maturely planted gardens. There are plenty of sun loungers on the surrounding terraces and lawns. In addition, there is a shallow pool for young children. |

A twice weekly maid service of 2 hours, extra possible by arrangement, Weekly change of bed linen, bath and beach towels, fire wood.
Note: Electricity is much more expensive in Spain compared to the UK. We do let the apartment fully inclusive, we reserve the right to make surcharges if an unreasonable amount has been used. For example, if the air conditioning is running with the doors and windows left open, the consumption can be enormous. We therefore allow 5kw per day which should be ample for normal use. |
