BOOKING DETAILS
To reserve accommodation a booking deposit of £100 per week* is required. This is a non refundable deposit in the event of any cancellation so please ensure you have holiday insurance.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival *The original deposit of £100 PW paid to confirm booking then acts as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys and will be returned to you by first class post.
There is an additional 50 Euros local management charge for cleaning, and laundry payable on arrival. (Welcome packs can be arranged for a small, local additional cost)
Minimum stay three days, flexible changeover days, long term lets available. Rentals of three weeks or longer qualify for substantial reductions (except for June, July and August). Please enquire for details.
Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
The apartment should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Christmas and New year periods £300 PW (security deposit £200 pw)

| | | Things to do | The "Orihuela Costa", part of the sunny Spanish Costa Blanca, is ideally situated for perfect holidays or short breaks at all times of year. The area is a popular destination for holiday makers and sportsmen from all over Europe including Spain giving Villamartin and Playa Flamenca a truly international feel.
Several blue flag beaches are within a short drive as are all the local amenities. There are Bars and Restuarants adjacent to the complex with many others only a short walk away.
Our nearest beach Playa Flamenca is only a 3 minute car drive away and like many others in the area is comprised of small unspoilt coves with facilities on the beach or nearby. There are many other blue flag beaches within a few minutes drive.
For golfers there are 3 professional level golf courses such as Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor all within a 15 minute drive. Other sporting activities nearby include; Tennis, Horse Riding & various Watersports. Why not hire a yacht and it's Captain for a fabulous, relaxing day cruising down the coast, lunch and all refreshments included?
