Semi-detached house in a new ‘urbanización’ right next to a beautiful unspoilt beach on the Costa de Almería, eight minutes drive from Almería Airport, served by Ryanair and Easyjet flights.
The property consists of:
Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge / dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher)utility room, garden.

The house comprises three double bedrooms upstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a bathroom. They are equipped with two single beds in each. Downstairs there is a further bedroom, which can also be used as a study, alongside the lounge / dining room. There is another bathroom next to it.

This spacious house is in a quiet part of the coast, which is a national park. There is something for everyone here. Whether you want a quiet away-from-it-all holiday on the beach or at the pool, or to go on relaxing walks along the coast, visit the spa facilities in the nearby hotels, play golf on the excellent new course built for the Mediterranean Games in 2005, visit the nearby national park with sensational views from Cabo de Gata, visit the Wild West film sets at Tabernas, or visit the quaint, local villages and beaches along the coast, then this is for you.
There is a regular bus service into Almería if you don’t want to drive; or you can take the car and arrive in 15 minutes. Nearer, a short walk away from the house, is Retamar, where you can shop at the local supermarket, eat at fine restaurants or simply walk along the front. |
