The facilities of the hotel and club, including the 3 golf courses, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, sauna, fitness centre and oriental massage centre are available for use with your La Quinta VIP card.
The resort also provides La Quinta Spa - with therapy pools, a cold area, individual therapy rooms, showers, Turkish baths and sauna, a relaxing room and a team of professionals and specialists in the latest relaxation techniques.
The location is ideal - a calm and quiet environment for a relaxing holiday and yet within minutes of the marina of Puerto Banus and the Mediterranean coast.
This apartment is finished and furnished to a high quality standard, providing comfortable accommodation with marble floors throughout, high ceilings and large windows to provide a very light and airy atmosphere. Fantastic value long lets at only £830 per month - minimum of 3 months. Long lets available any time the during year.
All rental periods are 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. Part rental periods are subject to availability and are pro-rata to weekly rate, however we recognise the difficulty of arranging flights at certain times of the year and will be as flexible as possible on dates.
We can arrange airport transfers and car hire - we recommend this.
A reservation deposit of 25% is required for bookings more than 16 weeks in advance and 50% when between 8 and 16 weeks in advance. Payment of the total rental amount is required 8 weeks in advance of the rental start date.
A £250 deposit is required with payment of the final amount, to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. The deposit will be refunded to you in the week after your rental period, once the property has been checked and receipt of keys confirmed.
Apartment
Main entrance to internal hallway and spacious lounge and dining room, with comfortable sofa and chair, tables, lighting and dining table to seat four. There is satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. The full width patio doors lead onto a large terrace which is fully furnished with comfortable seating and table with chairs.
A fully fitted kitchen with a full range of Bosch and Siemens appliances and main bathroom with large walk in shower, basin, bidet and toilet.
The internal hallway leads to the main and second bedroom; main with double bed, second with twin beds and both with fitted wardrobes and drawer units. From the main bedroom, patio doors lead onto a terrace furnished with sun loungers.
The main bedroom is en-suite with a fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower, basin, bidet and toilet.
All rooms are with marble floors and in addition, both bathrooms are fully tiled with marble wall tiles and have under floor heating.
The fully landscaped colourful gardens provide the perfect setting to enjoy the linked swimming pool with surrounding sun loungers and wonderful views.
La Quinta Suites has 24 hour security and secure underground garage parking with automatic vehicle entry and direct lift access to the apartment’s first floor level.

The location ensures privacy and convenience, 15 minutes by car from central Puerto Banus and its abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife, as well as the casino, marina and beautiful beaches.
The beautiful and charming historic town of Marbella is only 20 minutes away, with its own unique old town and narrow streets of bars, restaurants and shops leading to the lively area of Orange Square.
Whilst there are all of the impressive hotel resort facilities to enjoy, there is also horse riding, tennis and many water sports, including para-sailing and jet-skiing available, and in the winter months, snow-skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains.
