This duplex apartment is designed over 2 interior levels and finished and furnished to the highest quality standards, providing comfortable accommodation with marble floors throughout, high ceilings and large windows to provide a very light and airy atmosphere.
The apartment’s spaciousness is enhanced by the 5 individual terraces, which have been created over 2 exterior levels to ensure all day sun or shade is available.
First floor accommodation comprises:
Main entrance to a spacious L shaped lounge and dining room, with two large comfortable sofas, tables, lighting and dining table to seat six. There is satellite TV, DVD player and a music system. The full width patio doors lead onto a large terrace which is fully furnished with comfortable seating and table with chairs.
A luxury fitted kitchen with a full range of Bosch and Siemens appliances has an open wall section, connecting to the lounge and dining room. Dish Washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, ironing facilities, microwave, oven, toaster, washer-dryer.
The internal hallway leads to the second bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, drawer units and patio doors leading onto a terrace furnished with sun loungers. Door to a fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower, basin, bidet and toilet.
Stairs to second floor has access to a terrace furnished with sun loungers.
Second floor accommodation comprises:
Internal hallway leading to the main bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe, drawer units, dressing table and patio doors on 2 sides leading onto terraces. The larger terrace is fully furnished with sun loungers, the front terrace with coffee table and chairs and has views over the swimming pool. Door to a fully fitted en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, twin basins, bidet and toilet.
All rooms are with marble floors and in addition, both bathrooms are fully tiled with marble wall tiles and have under floor heating.
The fully landscaped colourful gardens provide the perfect setting to enjoy the linked swimming pool with surrounding sun loungers and wonderful views.
Las Tortugas de Aloha is a gated development with 24 hour security and secure underground garage parking with automatic vehicle entry and direct lift access to the apartment’s first floor level.

Fantastic value long lets at only £1000 per month - minimum of 3 months. Long lets available any time during the year.
Minimum of 2 week bookings.
All rental periods are 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. Part rental periods are subject to availability and are pro-rata to weekly rate, however we recognise the difficulty of arranging flights at certain times of the year and will be as flexible as possible on dates.
We can arrange airport transfers and car hire - we recommend this.
A reservation deposit of 25% is required for bookings more than 16 weeks in advance and 50% when between 8 and 16 weeks in advance. Payment of the total rental amount is required 8 weeks in advance of the rental start date.
A £250 deposit is required with payment of the final amount, to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. The deposit will be refunded to you in the week after your rental period, once the property has been checked and receipt of keys confirmed.
