| Description |
Very pretty 2 bedroom cottage in fabulous country location with spectacular views across the valleys. The property has its own oval shaped pool, stone patios and gardens. The local village is only 4kms away and has a very good selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, chemist, 24hr medical centre, weekly market etc. Ideally situated for day trips to some of Andalusia's most beautiful and historic sights such as the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Antequera and Ronda. An easy drive also to beaches and some of the more cosmopolitan places such as Marbella, Malaga old town and Benalmadena Marina.
Accommodation
Kitchen- Fully fitted kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, iron and ironing board, radio/cd player.
Living Room- Open plan lounge/dining area. Table and chairs, sofa, two easy chairs, log burning stove, sat. tv and dvd, selection of books and DVD's.
Bedroom 1- Double bed, wardrobe, drawers, easy chair, patio doors leading out to pool area.
Bedroom 2- Spacious twin bedroom with wardrobe and drawers.
Bathroom- Seperate bathroom with bath with over shower,wc and sink.
Outside - Los Establos has a private oval shaped pool, sun loungers, table and chairs, parasols, BBQ, patio and gardens leading onto spectacular views.
The cottage although newly built has all the modern facilities, but retains the traditional Andalucian style. The property is spacious, light and airy and is conducive to rest and relaxation in a very comfortable environment.
The area has a wide selection of activities for example walking, horse riding, bike riding, wolf park and on the coast, boat/fishing trips, water parks, marinas, cinema/bowling complexes, excellent shopping complexes, wildlife park, zoo, and even, perish the thought, a newly built ice rink!!! A comprehensive booklet on the local area is provided in the cottage. However, with food for thought, why not just relax by the pool with a glass of wine and soak up the glorious sun!
Cleaning
The premises are cleaned thoroughly prior to the arrival of guests, and extra cleaning can be arranged throughout your stay if required. Pools are maintained on a regular basis by ourselves. Fresh linen and towels are provided on a weekly basis. Sorry, beach towels are not provided. Washing machine available in outside utility.
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but we can be more flexible out of season. Please ask. Cot and high chair can be provided on request. |

| Further Information |
To book the property a 30% non refundable deposit is required with the full balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 damage deposit is also required on arrival to be refunded in full on departure providing there are no breakages/damage.
Discount for 2 persons,depending on season, please ask. |
