Our larger than average, traditional style, 1st floor (Lift available)1 bedroom apartment, with beautiful views of the 14th Century church and the gardens of the 200 year old villa estate owned by the Marquise of Urbina de la Quintana. Is situated in the charming village of Senorio de Roda and is just a few minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and it's coastal towns St. Javier and Los Alcazares.
These historic towns date back to the 16th century and are very popular with the tourists for their extensive cultural, leisure and shopping facilities.
The nearest Airport is Murcia (San Javier) aprox 5/10 mins drive and cheap flights can be found from Leeds Bradford – Jet2, East Midlands – Ryanair, Manchester – Monarch & Excel. Most airlines fly to Alicante which is about 45 mins drive away The nearby cities of Cartagena and Murcia offer the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the big city.
As everyone knows the Mar Menor is a paradise for sunbathing and water sports to be enjoyed all year round. Los Alcazares and Los Narejosis are typical Spanish towns located on the shores of the Mar Menor and a 3 min drive or 20-30 min walk from the apartment. They boast beautiful blue flag beaches and an attractive 7k promenade dotted with numerous beach front bars.
For families with small children the clean sandy beach is very safe, with shallow water and little tide. It offers a wide choice of activities including water sports, boat trips, go karts and cycle hire. For the golf enthusiast there are over 10 excellent golf courses running from nearby La Manga right up to Alicante, four of them of international standard.
Los Alcazares holds two weekly markets and several annual festivals. Los Alcazares is within easy access of Murcia City an historic Moorish city, famous for it's architecture and history as well as it's excellent shops, bars, restaurants and theatres; and Cartagena renowned for it's beautiful bay and harbour side fish restaurants is a 15 minute drive away. |

Notes on prices - Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Special rates for long term lets available contact owner.
Changeover day - Change over dates are flexible. Property to be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure (flexible).
Booking notes - A non returnable £100 booking deposit is required which will be forfeited if you decide to cancel.
When payment in full is made the £100 will be kept in hand against damage or breakages. This will then be returned once our on site agent checks the property. Payment in full is required 4 weeks before departure.
There is a 40 Euro (£28) cleaning fee paid locally to our site agents on arrival (This is to cover cleaning and laundering costs).
Airport pickup, welcome pack and other special arrangements can be made please ask for details.
Accommodation
Bedroom With twin beds, bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobes. Bathroom:With Shower cubicle, WC, Bidet and vanity wash basin.
Kitchen:Full inventory plus fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven & Microwave.
Living Room: Lounge/dining room with mesh TV (over 100 channels including english....You don't have to miss your favourite soap!), 3 seater sofa-bed (High quality Sprung base-double bed), 2 seater sofa, storage units, extending table with 4 chairs.
Other: There is a large balcony which overlooks the church & villa gardens to the side and the communal gardens to the front and has table and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/ - linen/maid service: Includes all bed linen, towels, tea towels but beach towels not included. Property is prepared for your arrival and cleaned after your departure to a very high standard.
