Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds and can be paid into a UK Bank account with little fuss. £500 per month winter let for any consecutive 3 month period between 1 October 2006 and 29 April 2008. Better rates for 3/4 weeks.

Changeover day
Changeover times and days are flexible but during the main season we would prefer Fridays. The arrival time of 4pm and departure time of 10am are only enforced if the next booking is the same day.

Notes on accommodation
Hot and cold air conditioning, suitable for families. Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times and supervised when using pool.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking. We then require full payment 8 weeks before the start of you holiday, no reminder will be sent for this. A security deposit of £100 must be paid with the balance; this is fully refunded subject to the property being vacated in a satisfactory condition

Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room, is equipped with satellite TV, radio, air conditioning, dining table to seat 6, with comfortable lounge (2 seater and 3 seater settes) book case coffee table, side units, fire place. Patio doors leading through to the terraced balcony.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen, towels and tea towels supplied (except beach towels). Accommodation cleaned before each occupation. Mid week clean and laundry change if booked for 2 weeks.

Things to doCoast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches within a short drive; our closest beach is Sabinillas with its lovely promenade being only 5 minutes away also Port Duquesa beach. Choices of others include notably Castillo De Duquesa which is close, quiet and tranquil. For the more adventurous there is the wonderful beach of Tarifa with it kite and wind surfers, and golden sand which is no more than a 40 minute drive away through stunning scenery of Cost Del Luz. Gibralta is 15 min drive and Morrisons Supermark

Golf
20 courses can be found within a 20 min drive from the property. These include La Duquesa, Estepona, Almenara, Alcaidesa, Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque and many more.

Special interest holidays
Therapies available with 24 hours notice conducted on-site. In addition one of the owners is a full qualified Holistic Therapist and can provide therapies such as: aromatherapy, massage, reflexology, indian head massage, reiki healing, holistic facials, systematic kinesiology, remedial sports massage, nutritional analysis to include bach flower remedies in a very quiet setting. The lady has spent 5 years of study/training and is a member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists International, Guild of Professional Practioners, The association of Systematic Kinesiology, and A.M. Task.
In the local village of Manilva you can find most of you requirements including Ventas (cheap food) Bars, local farm and bread shop, laundry, banks and small convenience stores that carry essential items. Also nearly constructed due to open soon a supermarket.
The white village of Manilva is 3 mins walk from the property. Sabinillas is 5 mins drive away, this is a small fishing village with pavement cafes, bars and beach front restaurants(including for the kids Burger King).Puerto Duquesa is also a 5 min drive, this beautiful port has many bars, restaurants and facilities. This is a wonderful place to spend many an evening. Esteponia is 15 minute drive. Puerto Banus is 25 mins drive. Marbella 30 mins drive. Ronda 60 mins drive.
Nearest AirportGibraltar is 15-20 mins away, Malaga is 55 mins
