There are a variety of restaurants around the Marina - French, Spanish, Italian, Mexican, Greek etc - some of them directly overlooking the Mar Menor. The apartment overlooks the Mar Menor promenade with easy access to the beach. There is a well stocked supermarket within walking distance of the apartment.
There are boat trips from the marina to an island in the middle of the Mar Menor and a 2 hourly ferry to Santiago de la Riberia on the other side of the Mar Menor.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Extra charges applicable to all bookings:
Administration / cleaning charge - £60
Booking Deposit (non-returnable) - £100 for one week,£200 for two weeks.
Damage Deposit - £100 (returnable approx 2 weeks after vacating).
Full amount is payable 6 weeks before arrival and is non refundable. |
