This luxury penthouse apartment which sleeps 6, overlooks 2 large swimming pools and a smaller children's pool ,and is ideally situated just 2 minutes from the golf club house and town centre.The Supermarket and Pharmacy are just a 3 minute walk. The pools are surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens with views south to the mountains.There is your own allocated underground parking with private lift to the apartment. Enjoy the advantage of a penthouse with no one above you and no noisy lift.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard,no furniture packs here, with air conditioning/heating, double glazing,Samsung flat screen TV, DVD, Full Sky satellite 35 channels, I-pod docking station. The fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The 2 bedrooms have 3' 6" single beds,with new Tempur mattresses,that not only provide the most comfortable nights sleep, but also helps to relieve and prevent back pain, aching joints,with fully fitted wardrobes and balconies. The south facing spacious terrace has a large dining table, 6 chairs, sun loungers and double awnings.
The town centre has a fantastic range of restaurants and bars as well as the golf clubhouse giving you a very good choice of where to eat and drink. You also have a hairdressers, Bank, Ice cream parlour,Gym,5 star inter continental hotel (completion due May 08) where you will find more bars and restaurants, an indoor pool, spa, beauty and health/fitness centre.
Large Group bookings are available up to 20/30 guests using numerous apartments. I will make all the arrangements for you, including tee times at any of the 3 courses currently available, transport included, evening reservations in one of the many restaurants.Just make a booking and everything will be done for you.

We have just spent our honeymoon at this fantastic resort.The Apartment was superb,great location to town centre, supermarket and club house.Plenty of fantastic beaches just a few miles away.Every possible luxury was provided, the I pod docking station was a nice touch,Will definitely go back,

The apartment and resort fulfilled all our expectations.The quality and facilities were brilliant.The apartment was ideally situated with great views,can't beat a penthouse.It has been furnished to a very high standard, everything brand new,the beds were very excellent !! We played golf for 3 days, very challenging but enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble for all the staff.Will definitely go back again.Highly recommended.

Cleaning charge of €70 to be paid locally at the end of your stay.
Booking and payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. The apartment is managed by a local professional agency who will meet and greet and be available during your stay.
The European blue flag beaches are numerous,just 10 minutes away also 15 minutes away and currently under construction is Polaris’s own private beach resort which will be for the exclusive use of owners and guests.
