Taylor Woodrow built our apartment to the highest standards, with marble floors thought the apartment. Hot and cold air conditioning. My apartment benefits from private underground car parking with a lift serving, every six apartments.
Swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents is just adjacent the terrace.
The lounge - dining room with TV, leading to the large terrace, a fully fitted luxury designer kitchen with granite work tops with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing table.
Master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and safe, with access to the terrace. A luxury en-suite bathroom includes bath and shower.
Guest bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe, and guest luxury bedroom with hydro massage shower.
The championship 18 hole par 72 courses was designed by intentionality acclaimed golfer Seve Ballesteros, Los Arqueros is the golfers paradise. The clubhouse has a bar-restaurant, pro shop, gym and sauna, other activities include squash, and tennis, paddle tennis and a childrens play area. |
