THE APARTMENTS - can be rented separately to accommodate smaller groups (4,5, 6 or 7) OR together for upto 12 people. Kindly note the CALENDAR indicates dates that are available to book both apartments. If you only require 1 apartment then we have more availability - enquire for further details.

ACCOMMODATION
BEDROOMS
Apartment 1 can offer 2 double beds if required - enquire for further details OR 1 king size & 4 single beds.
Our cream bedroom has a nest bed, which has multiple uses. It can be turned into a double bed; can be used as 2 singles, a single room, or a small sitting room if you wish to get away from your family or friends for a few quiet moments. There are built in cupboards / wardrobesin all bedrooms.
Apartment can also offer 2 double size beds if needed (one ensuite & 1 double sofa bed) and 2 single beds. Please note: that the double sofa bed is a proper bed, not a put me up!
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
Prices for Apartment 1 (3 bed / 2 bath / ground floor with large terraces close to the swimming pool). The advertised prices for apartment 1 are based on maximum of 6 person occupancy & an infant that requires a cot.
Apartment 1 is large enough to accommodate / sleep 7 people, using a portable bed at the cost of £75 / E100 per week. The additional bed must be ordered when making your reservation.
Please do not expect to turn up at the apartment with an extra person without paying the additional cost!! Only persons named on the booking form will be accommodated, and the additional bed is only available if pre-booked.
* All bedrooms have shutters on the windows so they can be as dark or cool as you wish.
Kitchens - both fully fitted with marble counters, and luxury equipment (e.g. Meyer pans), modern dinner service, top class cutlery and everything you need to cook anything from a snack to the Christmas dinner.
The kitchens are fitted with Bosch appliances: large American style fridge / freezer, washing machine & dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large George Foreman Grill (idea for breakfast time), toaster, coffee machine, kettle, ironing board & iron.
Lounge / Dining Areas with stunning ocean views. 2 sofas, coffee tables & side tables.

The beauty of this area is that it doesnt close up after the holiday season, it’s possible to “holiday all year round” in this area.

EATING OUT LOCALLY (a full information pack is available in the apartment)
If you do not want to go far then there are 2/3 local beach bars which serve excellent food (in particular fish and meat) which are very reasonably priced. There is also the Playa Parisa Restaurant (Moroccan), just across the road, which serves excellent food of all varieties, and has live entertainment some evenings.
Only 3-4 kms up the road is the Puerto de la Duquesa where there is every restaurant imaginable: typical Spanish, Italian (including Speciality Pizza) Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Sea Food, Good Old British Pub Food, Steak Houses – basically there is anything you need in the port and more…
Sabinillas is a small town next door to the port, it is very typically Spanish with very little tourist influence, however there are some fantastic restaurants on the sea front and tapas bars in the narrow streets. |

El Oasis de Manilva is on the coast between Sabinillas and Sotogrande, within sight of Gibraltar and has breathtaking sea views over the coast of Africa, located 10 minutes west of Esteponia, 4 km from Puerto de la Duquesa and Sabinillas, and 5 minutes from the exclusive marina of Sotogrande. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes away.
El Oasis has the advantage of being exceptionally easy to find – its grand white entrance arch cannot be missed from the coastal road (located between Puerto de la Duquesa / Sabinillas and Sotogrande).
Manilva, Duquesa & Sabinillas on the southern part of the Costa Del Sol, only 50km from the coast of Africa, enjoy a pleasant micro climate, which makes them the ideal “all year round” holiday destination.

Dear Kay, Just to say a very big thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment for our long weekend break. We found everything very comfortable; it was just like being at home. We absolutely loved your gorgeous terrace with the sea views. You have furnished and equipped it so well; no wonder you get loads of bookings. We also fell in love with Jane & Derrick’s apartment upstairs with the fantastic sea views, and the lovely terrace off the kitchen – “great for catching the late afternoon sun”!! It took us just over 5 hours with one short stop, 484 km's. Your directions were good too. We went straight to your apartment without any problems. Again, very many thanks, much appreciated.
