This delightful 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa sleeping 8 maximum is situated in an enviable location, being in a quiet residential street yet minutes walk from beaches and the world famous port of Puerto Banus.
With 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 1 en-suite, one main bathroom and guest cloakroom, FULL AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING, a HEATED salt water PRIVATE POOL, off – street PARKING, absolutely fabulous views and every local amenity you would need for a perfect holiday, this villa truly is special.
This villa is ideal for families or groups of friends, (not ideal for the elderly or disabled as it is on 2 levels). This villa was only completed June 2006, so everything is almost new and tastefully designed exclusively for the holiday maker, and the location is excellent with all amenities within walking distance.
Once inside the villa, the first room you notice is the splendid lounge with sofa bed and animal print designer furniture, Satellite TV, DVD player, music system, and patio doors to the terrace and pool area.
Open plan to the lounge is the magnificent bar, with wine fridge, bar and bar stools, second oven and sink for snacks or Preparing for the barbecue. The bar leads past a CLOAKROOM and UTILITY ROOM with washer / dryer and then out to the BARBECUE and dining terrace which has the most fabulous views out to the mountains, and across the valley giving way to spectacular sunsets for those “Sangria” evenings.
The main bathroom has Jacuzzi bath, designer overhead and jet shower, WC, bidet, enormous sunken mirror detail, sink and mahogany furniture and also features glass block and laminate glass detailing
With its HEATED salt-water pool, the Haven is an ideal all – year getaway – with off street parking in a quiet cul de sac, yet minutes walk from all amenities you could possibly need for that perfect holiday. |

The villa is available all year round.
The villa usually sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 with 2 extra beds being provided on request, or by using the large double sofa bed in the lounge
The additional charge per week per extra person over 6 is £ 50. (Max 8)
Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided
Cleaning is included in the price prior to arrival, on departure and every 7 days.
Additional cleaning or child-minding can be pre-arranged at a rate of 15 euros per hour.
Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for which there is no charge
A complimentary welcome pack is provided for any booking of 7 nights or more.
Bookings are minimum of 7 days peak months and negotiable off peak months
Changeover day is negotiable but normally weekends during peak months
A 50% deposit is required at point of booking and the balance payable in cash on arrival.
A key / security deposit of £ 200 is required on arrival and returned on departure. |

| | | Utilities | The fabulous Master bedroom has a king size bed, loads of wardrobe space with safe and drinks fridge, leather furniture, wooden bedside cabinets wall mounted flat screen TV, and leads to a hallway with an en-suite bathroom and access back into the lounge.
The en-suite bathroom is kitted out with Jacuzzi bath, designer power or overhead jet shower, enormous sunken mirror detail, mahogany furniture, sink, WC and bidet, and pristine white designer tiles.
Through the hallway back into the lounge, you will then find the enormous kitchen / diner. This kitchen is so large it even has a second sitting area with coffee table and leather sofas for that morning café con leche. This beautiful modern kitchen has all the mod cons you could wish for including oven, hob, extractor, twin silver fridge freezers, stainless steel microwave oven and grill, chrome toaster and kettle, stainless steel sink and designer taps and of course a dishwasher. The dining table can seat 6/8 and all the necessary cook wear, crockery, glassware, pots and pans and cutlery are provided for your use. Huge patio doors from the kitchen then take you straight out to the sun terrace and pool.
Bedroom 2 has a large double bed, with wrought iron headboard, mirrored wardrobes, twin wooden bedside cabinets, drinks fridge, chaise long and coffee table, TV, DVD player and music system.
