| Description |
El Mojon is at the southern tip of the Costa Blanca and is only 15 minutes from Murcia airport or 45 minutes from Alicante. Both airports are served by the low cost airlines flying from the UK. A quiet location but within easy reach of family orientated commercial areas. The area of the Mar Menor enjoys 320 days a year of sunshine with average air temperature of 18-22 degrees.
The property is only 300yds from the sea, with a long sandy Blue Flag beach on which there are children's play areas, bars and watersports. The area is an ideal base for golfers - with more than eight courses within a 20 minute drive, go karting and cycle hire is available nearby.
The house is on a quiet development and furnished to a high standard. It sleeps six people and comprises lounge/dining area with two sofas, dining table with six chairs, TV, CD player and radio, books, board games.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds and there is a shower room with toilet and hand basin. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, toaster, iron and board and washing machine. Upstairs the double front bedroom has patio doors leading to a balcony, while the rear bedroom has twin beds - all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has bath, shower, WC and bidet. All rooms have ceiling fans and there are free- standing heaters. Bed linen and towels are provided, please provide your own Beach Towels
There are tables and chairs to the front and rear of the property enabling you to enjoy the morning as well as the evening sun. The house has the benefit of a communal swimming pool, with key entry, for the exclusive use of just a few select properties. The house is fitted with a burglar alarm, and is managed by local agents who are just a call away |
