This beautifully decorated villa with private pool, sleeps up to 8 in 4 bedrooms. Located on the Costa Del Sol just a short walk from beaches and restaurants at urbanisation El Chaparral near La Cala. Malaga airport is approximately 20 minutes drive.
The accommodation is stylish and comfortable with a large lounge leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and with views to the sea. The brand new kitchen is well equipped and includes granite worktops.
Outside the villa is a very attractive large pool and terrace with sun beds, patio furniture and a barbecue. There is off road parking for two cars.

The Living Room:
leading from the entrance hall the spacious living room is tastefully decorated to a standard of high quality. There is a large dining table with seating for 8 and doors lead from the lounge out to a balcony overlooking the pool and with views to the sea. The room has a large living area comfortable sofas occasional tables etc. There is a modern TV, DVD with satellite and a separate Hi Fi system.
The Kitchen:
The kitchen is brand new and equipped with modern appliances: Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Bedrooms:
All linen and towels are provided. Please only use the towels in the villa - beach towels are not provided.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level, one double and one twin (both with en suite facilities). On the lower/pool is one double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with bunk beds. |
