Los Alcazares is situated in the Murcia region of eastern Spain known as the Costa Calida on the shore of the Mar Menor which is a saltwater lagoon from the Mediterranean Sea.
This is ideal for families as the clean sandy beach is safe with shallow waters with an attractive promenade lined with palm trees. The whole area is very flat and ideal for cyclists and people with mobility disabilities.
The area has an average of 320 days of sunshine a year. The area has no less than 7 golf courses including the world famous La Manga Club 15 mins away.
The bungalow is single storey with garden,roof solarium and secure-gated shared pool in a quiet urbanizacion and only 5 mins by car from Murcia airport and 60 mins from Alicante airport.
The beach is only 5 mins by car or 15 mins walk and bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are within easy access. Local markets are held on Saturdays and Tuesdays offering quality leather and cotton goods and locally grown fruit and vegetables.
The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are easily reached and are well worth a visit. |
