The beautiful location affords awesome views of the mountains, unspoilt valleys and olive groves from all the windows and especially from the terraces and swimming pool area.
Deep in the heart of the Andalusian countryside but at no distance from picturesque white villages, beaches,local shops, restaurants and unpretentious tapas bars.
Casa Algarrobo has 3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedded room,a fold down child's single bed,a cot and a single adult sofa bed.
3 bathrooms (showers rather than baths in this water conscious area)
Bedding and towels are provided and changed weekly. Pool/beach towels may be hired or bring your own.
A well equipped kitchen/diner and another mini kitchen. A large dining terrace and BBQ (seats 12),perfect to unwind with a glass of local wine perhaps. This terrace has gates for the safety of young children and can be shaded in the heat of the day by thewaterproof canopy.
Homely living room with sofa and armchairs.Books, C.Ds and board games provided. WiFi internet connection.
Pretty roof terrace, perfect for morning coffee or viewing the stunning sunsets.
A spacious terrace of handmade tiles surrounds the huge lagoon shaped pool, 15m x 5m which has roman steps giving easy access to non-swimmers and children who are happy playing in the pool for hours. Poolside shower.
The pool is cleaned and maintained prior to and during your stay.
The pool is only shared if our adjoining cottage is let.
Poolside loungers, tables, chairs, cushions are provided in both sunny and shaded areas, one of which has an enchanting cave, floodlit at night.
There is a poolroom with a W.C, automatic washing machine and ironing facilities.
The resident owners will respect your privacy but are on hand if you wish help or advice and share their local knowledge if required. They will preshop for you if you are arriving at a difficult hour. Welcome packs are provided and our baker calls with freshly baked bread daily.
Original beams and charming features, comfortable beds, attractive bathrooms, cosy sofas, mosquito netting on all the windows.
The house is cleaned to a high standard before each arrival and the bathrooms and kitchen weekly during a longer stay. There is no daily maid service.

If you want a change of pace; quad biking, go carts, horse riding, tenpin bowling, waterpark, indoor shopping mall, daily markets, golf and nightlife are 20 - 30 minutes drive away. Ideal base for walking, bird watching, photography.
Take a trip to the beach or explore the white washed Andalucian villages, the historic old quarter of Velez Malaga.
Experience a local fiesta- A taste of Real Spain.
Visit the amazing caves at Nerja, the fantastic Alhambra Palace, the rock formations at El Torcal, enjoy a howl night with the wolves at Lobo Park.

BOOKING and PRICE NOTES
Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance and EHIC for EU citizens.
Children of under11 years of age are charged at half the listed price. One baby, or child under two years requiring the cot or fold down bed is free of charge, as is the high chair, stair gate and baby bath.
THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE FOR UNDER OCCUPANCY IN THE PEAK SEASON of 600 euro and the rest of the year the minimum charge is 375 euro per week.
A non refundable deposit of 50% payable in euro by bank transfer (payment in sterling £4 charge)is required to secure your booking within two weeks of a provisional booking.
Balance to be paid in euro on arrival.
All breakages must be paid for in euro.
Discounts negotiable for stays in excess of two weeks.
Change over day usually Saturday, arrivals after 5pm, departures before 11 am. Some flexibility may be possible. |
