This Old Spanish hamlet has been restored and converted for comfortable living. It now comprises of CASITA GORRION and the Farmhouse (REF 2001) set amid beautiful gardens with the use of a tremendous pool, spacious terraces and shaded pergolas.
The pool is only shared when the farmhouse is let.
Natural stones, original beams, and an open wood fire makes this Casita special and popular with our guests in all seasons.
Inside the cottage is one level except for one step to the bathroom. There are steps and a handrail to the parking area.
The double bedroom has two windows with views to the mountains and the swimming pool and a door to the terrace.Electric wall heater.
Next to the bedroom there is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, w.c, bidet and handbasin. Electric wall heater.
The living area / american kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, sofa, armchair, footstool, and coffee tables with double doors to the terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker with oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and cubboard space.
WiFi internet for your laptop. Books, board games and C.D player.
The private terrace has a comfy sofa and a table and chairs, one can sit for hours listening to the tinkling of goat bells and taking in the wonderful views.
A spacious terrace of handmade tiles surrounds the huge lagoon shaped pool, 12m x 5m. Poolside shower. Poolside loungers, tables, chairs, cushions are provided in both sunny and shaded areas, one of which has an enchanting cave, floodlit at night.
There is a pool room with a W.C, automatic washing machine and ironing facilities.
The pool is cleaned and maintained prior to and during your stay. The cottage is cleaned to a high standard prior to your arrival and the bathrooms and kitchens cleaned weekly during a longer stay.
Fresh linen and towels are provided weekly except pool/beach towels which can be hired. There is no daily maid service during your stay. A cot and high chair is available for one baby free of charge. Mosquito netting on all windows.
The resident owners will respect your privacy but are on hand to help and advise, share their local knowledge if required.
They will preshop for you if you are arriving at a difficult hour, welcome packs are provided and our baker calls daily with fresh bread.

Deep in the heart of the Andalusian countryside but at no distance from picturesque white villages, beaches,local shops, restaurants and unpretentious tapas bars.
If you want a change of pace; quad biking, go carts, horse riding, tenpin bowling, waterpark, indoor shopping mall, daily markets, golf and nightlife are 20 - 30 minutes drive away.
Ideal base for walking, bird watching, photography. A car is recommended if you want to sightsee or eat at the many local restaurants, but we will pick you up from the local bus if required. We can arrange hire of bicycles.
Take a trip to the beach or explore the white washed Andalucian villages, the historic old quarter of Velez Malaga.
Experience a local fiesta - A taste of Real Spain.
Visit the amazing caves at Nerja, the fantastic Alhambra Palace, the rock formations at El Torcal, enjoy a howl night with the wolves at Lobo Park.

Children of less than 11 years of age are charged at half the listed price. One child under two years free of charge.
A non refundable 50%deposit per.week is payable in euro by bank transfer,( can be paid in sterling.£4 charge) is required to secure your booking.
Balance to be paid in euro on arrival.
Minimum charge for under occupancy is 150 euro (peak season 300) .Wood is provided for the open fire, extra loads 10 euros. All breakages must be paid for.
Discounts negotiable for stays in excess of two weeks.
Change over day usually Saturday, arrivals after 5pm, departures before 11 am. Some flexibility may be possible |
