The villa has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to six. The double has an en suite shower room, and there is a twin and a single room with Kangaroo bed beneath.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has bath with shower. The modern kitchen is well fitted, with large fridge/freezer, gas hob and eye level oven with grill and microwave.
The spacious living room has 2 large, cosy sofas, and an open fire for the winter season. There is satellite TV with free channels, DVD and CD players. There is satellite internet connection. A separate dining area has a good sized table with seating for up to 6.
The living room has doors leading to the patio area, with outside dining furniture for 6, and barbecue.
The pool and sun loungers overlook the mountains and almond fields. The villa is air conditioned and fully alarmed.
There is also a gate and fencing for additional security. |

The property is nearest to Almeria airport (1 hour) but can also be reached from Murcia airport (1 hour 30) or Alicante (1 hour 50). Shopping is in Albox (15 minutes), Arboleas or Vera.
A van selling fresh bread, fruit and salads calls by each day. Although the property is in a quiet rural area, day trips to the beach area easy - the beaches of Vera Playa are a 35 minute drive away, together with other attractions such as the Vera Water Park.
