A car is essential as there is no public transport.
The price include electric and water bills.
The internet connection can be arranged before you move in. A price will be given at the time. But it is not expensive. Monthly cost is about 30.
The monthly rental including the electric and water and rubbish bills is ONLY 450.
There is an additional fee of 20 per month if you wish to use the hot tub as it can be quite expensive using it.
Two months deposit is required plus two references.
Pets are allowed. Maximum of two dogs. |
