The house is set in a pleasant residential area in Playa Flamenca, 8 kms south of Torrevieja.
The house is on 3 floors and has two balconies which have mountain views facing west, and is not overlooked. There is a communal pool.
The nearest bars restaurants and shops are a one minute walk away.
The nearest beach is at La Zenia a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. There are plenty golf courses, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping in the area.
The house is fully heated and airconditioned throughout.

3. More Details.
Shops/Supermarkets. There are plenty of large supermarkets in the area…Mercadona, Champion, Lidl, Aldi.
All within easy reach. There is also a large open air market here every Saturday about a 5 min walk from the house, and plenty of markets, in San Miguel, Guardamar, and Torrevieja.
Beaches/Pools La Zenia beach is a 5 minute drive, with plenty more beaches at Guardamar, La Marina, Torrevieja, San Pedro.
In addition to the communal pool there is a lovely pool/restaurant behind the local shops. There is also the Emerald Isle club, a 5 minute walk which has bars, restaurants, pooltables, nightly entertainment and swimming pools which you can use for 2 or 3 Euros a day.
There is also the Aquapolis waterpark on the outskirts of Torrevieja, open 9th June to 3rd Sept. for all the family.
Golf The nearest golf club is at Villa Martin a 10 min drive, with others nearby at Campaomar, La Manga, Las Ramblas and La Marquesa.
Other activities include cycling, fishing, tennis, walking.
There is a cleaning bill to pay at the end of the visit starting at 40 euros more details when booking.Electric is paid for by prepayment card bought from the girl who manages the property
