Rentinspain.co.uk is now its 7 year of advertising rental properties on the internet. With that in mind we have just redesigned the web site so that both visitors and owners will gain from it.

Owners can now add a new property themselves, they can edit it whenever they like. (Although we are still here to do that for you). You can place your advert in a number of sections. Golf, Long Lets, Special Offers, and if they meet requirements the Elite Properties, Internet and Guest Houses.

All of these services are free of charge. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY HIDDEN COSTS.

We have no intention of having thousands of properties on the web site we intend to keep it to a maximum of 500 properties. This means that there are fewer for visitors to review thus ensuring that owners receive more enquiries.

We can pretty much guarantee enquiries throughout the year. However, it is up to the owner to convert these enquiries into bookings. Owners should endeavour to respond to email the same day. Many visitors send enquiries to three or four properties. If they leave their phone number, ring them instead of emailing - that personal touch goes a long way. I would expect to get a minimum of two bookings from every ten to fifteen enquiries. We would also recommend that you advertise with 2 other sites and not ‘put all your eggs in one basket’.

If you manage to take bookings for 6 weeks from each site that should equate to a good year. Especially if you drop your rates dramatically for the winter and have a long let in the property. That should bring things close to full booking for the year.
