Bookings are going quite well with most of July and August already taken which is a big improvement on last year. We are coming out to Spain tomorrow - hurrah some sun at last! So will sort out the payment at the bank then.

Just to say that I have taken a long let this year.
I will not need to advertise with you this year but will without a doubt come back to you in the future as your site has been the best for bookings by far, I am not just saying it Rentinspain is THE BEST in presentation and for number of good bookings. I would have no hesitation in recommending your site to anyone.
Is it possible to hold details of apartment so when I come back I don't have to key it all again.

PS Just got another 2 week booking from the site for August -we have had around 3-4 enquries a month even in the winter time and now we are moving towards the Spring we are getting up to 3 a week. Thanks again.

Hope you are well. In response to you recent email re fraudsters (I can usually spot them a mile off) what do you think of this below?
By the way, we get a good response from Rent In Spain and have had at least 3 actual bookings with several more enquries. Typically we are finding that everyone always seems to want the same weeks! This aside I reckon we could have got 6-7 weeks from your website last summer so thanks very much.

We have had the house for 3yrs now and have failed to get any real amount of bookings to help towards the running costs and are very excited about your web site. As we have a rather large private pool, we are hoping that will be appealing for your customers who book on your site.
I was also wondering if you have many owners who are Irish and do Irish people use your website much to book holiday's?

Just to say, I like the comments option idea, have contacted a few previous guests who liked me, so they said, in the hope they will place a comment.
have had not a bad year with rentals, do feel though as time goes on, people expect so much more each year but want to pay less for it, economy must be taking its' toll!
As expected, gone very quiet now, is this the norm????

One last thing, in the location section of our ad, nearest towns, please please could you amend the spelling of ORIHUELA. may seem petty, but if someone is trying to locate us on a map or the tom tom thingey, they may have a problem.

I have a couple of questions:
One is when will I owe you my renewal? My property ref: 1479 Rentals have been so good this year.... so a big thank you to you.
The other one is that I have recently been given the task of selling my friend's Villa near Malaga for him. So... I know how excellent your site is for rentals - but do you get many enquiries for the houses for sale? If so, how much is it to advertise? If not, I would really appreciate your help or your advice as to the best web-sites in the UK or estate agents in Spain who would help me.
I hear the market for selling is not so great at the moment - so I don't know where to start as his property is worth £500,000.... and he wants me to sell it ASAP...!!!!

| | | Hi Phil, Have managed (at last) to sell the villa albeit at a knock-down price so could you please remove the rental ad from the page. As a matter of interest, I could have sold all of July and August 2008 with the enquiries I have been getting but have had to put them off.

I only got back from 4 weeks in Canada yesterday.
I will be continuing with you, but cancelling with others. This year, like many, has not been good for bookings generated from the internet. You have though produced more enquiries than others and without the enquiries we have no chance of turning them into bookings.
