Torreblanca Marina XIII
Our House Sleeps up to 15 people. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Villa has full information on attractions in the area.
The Property consists of 2 double bedroom and 1 Twin Room (can also be a double) with build in wardrobes, a full bathroom with electric shower and bide, on the first floor. On the top floor there is a solarium with a view of the main coast road from La Mata to Torrivieja. On the ground floor there is a large living room with TV with satellite stations, Stereo, etc.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric cooker and ceramic hob, table and 4 chairs, washing machine etc. and a half bathroom. The property has a back patio area and a front patio area for sitting out on.
Beautifully landscaped gardens and two tennis courts surround the back patio. Access to both the pool and tennis courts is provided with house keys. I also have two fold-up beds that can be used.
I manage the property myself as Owner as far as rentals/bookings is concerned and I have a couple from the UK that manage the property for me in Torrevieja.
They will meet you at the property on your arrival, provide you with a tour of the property and show you the local area if you are unfamiliar.
Torrevieja is a large town of approx 300,000 people during summer months and has many bars, restaurants and cafes. It is near Alicante (30mins drive). I can also arrange pick up at either Murcia or Alicante airports. Directions from both are provided to attachment.
La Mata beach is 5-8 minute walk, and a bus leaves every 15 minutes to Torrivieja town centre. The most important thing when renting is Location, and the property is ideally located to all amenities. Also, this is a house and not an apartment therefore is spacious.
