Welcome to Casa de la Sol Saliente a delightful 3 bedroom lakeside villa. With stunning lake and mountain views, an irresistable private pool, and two excellent lakeside restaurants and store just a 5 minute stroll away. The villa is of individual and open plan design exploiting the gorgeous scenary to be enjoyed from the property.
Situated on over an acre of private grounds this is not an urbanised concrete jungle. Locally there are many delightful bars and restaurants. Explore the many pretty white villages of Axarquia Region with unique produce, to sample. Enjoying a peaceful setting within the beautiful National Park yet the bustle and bright lights of the Costa at Torre del Mar is just a 15 minutes drive away.
Accommodation includes:
All Rooms have air conditioning and/or ceiling fan(the sitting room, 2 bedrooms have a/c which doubles as heating during winter months the third bedroom has two ceiling fans and oil filled electric heater for winter).
The living area is very large, open plan with stunning views and 3 large sliding glass doors two providing direct access to the pool which is just 3 metres from the house. There are two large feather filled couches, various pieces of antique furniture, a huge dining table seating up to 8, Sky TV and an Open Fire for winter lets.
The Kitchen is modern, and fully fitted with green granite work surfaces a dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and water heater etc.
The Three Bedrooms are all quiet and comfortable:
1. Double bedroom suite with sprung mattress, air conditioning/ heating lovely country views an en suite shower room, gorgeous views and sliding double glass doors.

3. Family bedroom with double bed and twin guest bed with lovely views and ceiling + free standing fan.

LOCATION
Situated 40mns drive East of Malaga 20 mins inland from Torre del Mar. Alternatively only 55mins from Granada Casa de la Sol Saliente enjoys very easy access from good roads. 5 minutes stroll to two excellent Lakeside Bars/ Restaurants, and the beautiful Lake Vinuela the house is ideally located as there is even a little grocery shop is just 2mins away at El Camping Restaurant.
The nearest village of Los Romanes is approx 2 km away and the nearest dispensing chemist and health centre/doctor is at the village of Vinuela just 10 mins drive. The enormous hypermarket of Eroski is just a 15min drive away located in a large shopping mall with a multiplex 12 scene cinema and water park.
There are numerous sports and activities available as well as exploring the delightful local villages and towns with quaint bars and restaurants, churches & shops to sample in the 'Real Spain' of the Axarquia.
The fabulous, historical cities of Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Antequera and Malaga are within easy reach for a day trip, the central location makes The Villa is in an excellent touring centre for those out of season holidays.
Locally there are numerous sports and activities to participate in such as golf, horseback riding, mountaineering, cycling, hiking amidst the fabulous countryside and olive groves then there is fishing (on the lake) sea fishing, scuba diving, wind surfing, power boating, a waterpark for the kids and all sorts of water sports available.
