Property Description

Finca Vianca is a beautiful newly renovated farmhouse located in the Morna Valley in the stunning North of Ibiza. Nestled in the campo at the end of its very own drive in a peaceful location, yet only 5 minutes drive away from the charming and authentic village of San Carlos.

It boasts a pretty garden with orange, lemon and apricot trees, lavender, rosemary and birds of paradise plants.
The house is very private and perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to enjoy the tranquil, magical North of the island and all it has to offer.

The pretty village of San Carlos retains the magical charm of the true Ibiza spirit and is the gateway to many of the amazing beaches and coves in the North of the island. It is also home to the renowned Bar Anitas, the hippy market of Las Dalias and many other great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, church and a fantastic play park for the kids.

Cala San Vincent, Aguas Blancas, Es Figuerel, Pou Des lleo, Cala Boix, Cala Mastella, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and all the beaches surrounding Santa Eulalia can all easily be reached within a 10 minute drive from the property.

The finca is an original Casa Payesa and incorporates beautiful architecture typical to this part of the island. It has been lovingly restored by its owners and currently offers 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, while the pool and terrace areas have recently been updated to offer a wonderfully relaxing experience with large sun loungers, an undercover dining area and various chill out areas in which to relax.

Inside, the spacious fully equipped kitchen/dining area has also been updated, using micro cement finishes which adds a striking contrast to the old Sabina beams used in the ceiling, as well as skylights in the ceiling flooding the space with natural light. There is a Smeg range cooker, a large Liebherr Side by side bio fresh fridge/freezer (bio fresh keeps fruit and vegetable fresh up to 3 times longer) and a rustic wooden dining table.

The lounge area is a generous size, furnished with 2 large linen sofas. It has a Smart TV with Netflix, Sky Movies/Sports available in all languages, and fast speed internet is available throughout the property. Upstairs, there is a wonderful outdoor terrace/chill out area with far reaching sea views.
The architecture of the house is very typically Ibicencan with the 6 stone arches at the front of the house and striking pink bougainvillea covering the facade.

The 4 double bedrooms are spacious and all have air conditioning, they are furnished with soft linens to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The 4 bathrooms have been beautifully designed, with a micro cement finish, brushed bronze and gold accessories and a selection of onyx, marble and stone sinks – with one bathroom featuring a very large bathtub.
